All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 cot. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has everything you need so you can cook without any problem. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, its energy source is ecological, since it obtains it through aerothermal energy. Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place since it is a quiet area, with the sea and mountains nearby. Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, some souvenirs and restaurants with sea views.
